General Terms and Conditions for Use of the BATTERYMARKET.BG Online Store
These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between BASE ELECTRONICS EOOD, hereinafter referred to as the Merchant, and the users of the online store batterymarket.bg, hereinafter referred to as the User or Customer, in connection with the use of the website and the conclusion of distance sales contracts.
By accessing the website and/or placing an order, the Customer declares that they are familiar with these General Terms and Conditions and accept them.

2. Subject matter
The online store provides Customers with the opportunity to purchase the goods offered on the website by placing a distance order under the conditions described below.
3. Characteristics of the goods
The main characteristics of the goods offered are described on the respective product page.
The Merchant makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information about the goods is accurate and up to date. Minor differences in colors, packaging, or appearance may occur due to device settings, production batches, or changes made by the manufacturer.
4. Prices
All prices in the online store are stated in EURO.
All prices are final and are inclusive of VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery costs are not included in the price of the goods unless expressly stated otherwise and are displayed during the order completion process according to the selected courier and delivery method.
The Merchant reserves the right to change prices at any time, with the price announced at the time of order confirmation being applicable to the Customer.
5. Order and conclusion of contract
An order is placed by following the steps indicated on the website and clicking the button to finalize the order.
Before final confirmation, the Customer has the opportunity to review and correct the entered data.
The distance sales contract shall be deemed concluded from the moment the order is confirmed by the Merchant electronically, by phone, or by commencing its performance.
The Merchant has the right to request additional confirmation of the order by phone or email, as well as to refuse performance where objective reasons exist.

In the case of payment by bank transfer, order processing may begin after the amount has been credited to the Merchant’s account.
In the case of card payment, the amount shall be deemed paid after successful confirmation of the card transaction.
7. Delivery
Delivery is carried out within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria through courier services indicated during the ordering process.
The couriers used and the delivery price are displayed on the checkout page for each specific delivery method.
The order processing time is up to 1 day, unless otherwise specified for a particular item.
The estimated delivery time is the first business day after the order is placed or after payment confirmation, where applicable.
Delays beyond the Merchant’s control are possible, including during national holidays, disasters, accidents, difficulties in courier services, and other force majeure circumstances.
All shipments are sent with the inspection option, and where applicable and available depending on the type of goods and the courier’s service, also with the test option.
The Customer should inspect the shipment upon receipt and, in the event of visible discrepancies or damage, request that the courier draw up an appropriate report.
8. Right of withdrawal from the contract
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the concluded distance contract without stating a reason and without owing compensation or penalty, within 14 days in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
The period begins to run from the date of receipt of the goods indicated in the courier’s document.
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending a notice and completing the return and complaint form available at the following address:

The goods should be returned in good commercial condition, if possible in their original, sealed, and undamaged packaging, with all accompanying documents and accessories, insofar as this is applicable and does not contradict the consumer’s statutory rights.
The Customer bears all costs of returning the goods when exercising the right of withdrawal, unless the law provides otherwise.
The Merchant shall refund the received amount within up to 7 days after receiving the returned goods and checking their condition.
The refund is made:
- By bank transfer
- To the card, where payment was made by card
9. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may not apply in the cases provided by law, including for goods for which restrictions under the Consumer Protection Act apply due to their nature.
10. Complaints and statutory warranty
The Customer has the right to submit a complaint in the event of non-conformity of the goods with the sales contract in accordance with applicable Bulgarian legislation.

When submitting a complaint, the Customer should, where applicable, provide:
- Order number or other proof of purchase
- Waybill or document from the courier
- Description of the identified problem
- Photos or other information, where necessary to establish the non-conformity
- Bank account, where a refund by bank transfer is requested
In the event of a justified complaint, the Merchant shall bear all costs of resolving the complaint or defect.
The Merchant may, at its discretion and where appropriate, replace the goods at its own expense.
If the same product is not available and the defect cannot be remedied within a reasonable period, the Merchant shall refund the Customer the amount paid in full, including the transport costs incurred by the Customer, where the complaint is justified.
These General Terms and Conditions do not limit the statutory rights of consumers arising from the mandatory provisions of Bulgarian legislation.
11. Rights and obligations of the customer
The Customer undertakes:
- To provide true, accurate, and current data when placing an order
- To pay the price of the ordered goods and the delivery costs, where applicable
- Not to use the website in violation of the law, good morals, and these General Terms and Conditions
The Customer has the right:
- To receive the ordered and paid goods under the conditions of the placed order
- To exercise their rights regarding withdrawal, complaints, and statutory protection in accordance with applicable legislation
12. Rights and obligations of the merchant
The Merchant undertakes:
- To transfer ownership of the ordered goods to the Customer
- To deliver the goods within the specified period, unless objective obstacles exist
- To provide accurate information regarding prices, payment methods, and delivery conditions
- To review submitted complaints and withdrawal requests within a reasonable period and in accordance with the law
The Merchant has the right:
- To refuse or cancel orders where objective grounds exist
- To change the content, structure, and functionalities of the website
- To update these General Terms and Conditions
13. Limitation of liability
The Merchant shall not be liable for temporary unavailability of the website, technical problems, delays caused by third parties, including couriers, as well as for circumstances beyond its control.
This clause does not exclude or limit consumers’ rights granted to them under mandatory provisions of the law.
14. Intellectual property
All rights to the content of the website, including texts, images, graphics, logos, databases, and other materials, are protected under applicable legislation.
Their use without the Merchant’s prior written consent is not permitted, except in cases provided by law.

16. Applicable law and disputes
For all matters not regulated herein, the legislation in force of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
Disputes between the parties shall be resolved in a spirit of good faith and mutual understanding, and if no agreement can be reached, they shall be referred for resolution to the competent Bulgarian court or to a competent consumer protection authority, where applicable.
17. Changes to the general terms and conditions
The Merchant reserves the right to amend and supplement these General Terms and Conditions at any time.
The amendments shall enter into force upon their publication on the website, unless otherwise stated.
For a specific order, the General Terms and Conditions in force at the time it is placed shall apply.
18. Entry into force
These General Terms and Conditions shall enter into force from the date of their publication on the website.
