Depending on the selected courier and the available services for the respective location, delivery may be made to a courier office or to an automated parcel station (APS).
For all couriers used, deliveries to offices and to automated parcel stations are supported when the service is available.
When receiving at an automated parcel station, a restriction of payment by bank card only may apply, in accordance with the terms of the respective courier.
During the order completion process, the customer sees the current delivery price, as well as any additional fees, where applicable according to the selected delivery method, payment method, location, or the courier's terms.
When such an option is available, the checkout process may also offer a delivery day selection option.
batterymarket.bg makes the necessary efforts for the timely processing and dispatch of each order, but is not responsible for delays caused by courier operators, force majeure circumstances, technical issues, or other reasons beyond the merchant's control.
Upon receiving the shipment, the customer should inspect it promptly and, in the event of visible damage, compromised packaging, or discrepancies, request assistance from the courier and the preparation of the necessary report, where applicable.
