Product Returns and Exchanges
Returns
batterymarket.bg accepts product returns within the legal period of 14 days, without any justification required from the customer.
Opening the packaging and inspecting or briefly testing the product to establish its characteristics and functioning is allowed. Return the product with all accompanying accessories and documents, without damage or signs of use beyond the necessary inspection and test.
Single-use products are not accepted for return once unpacked. This condition does not limit statutory rights concerning defects or non-conformity and applies only insofar as permitted by applicable law.
For calculating the 14-day period, batterymarket.bg considers the difference between the following dates as decisive:
the date of receipt of the order, indicated on the delivery waybill, and the date the items are handed over to the courier, indicated on the return waybill.
For the customer's convenience, batterymarket.bg also provides a returns and complaints form, through which the necessary information related to a product return can be submitted.

batterymarket.bg has no requirements regarding the customer's choice of courier when returning products. The only requirement is that the shipment be sent with the option to inspect before acceptance.
Refunds
For an accepted return, batterymarket.bg refunds the amount received within 7 days after receipt of the returned goods and inspection of their condition, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. Refunds are made by bank transfer or to the card when the payment was made by card. No separate return processing or restocking fee is charged.
Exchange
batterymarket.bg allows product exchanges when the returned item meets the conditions for accepting a return and the desired replacement is available at the time of processing.
Exchanges are subject to the same product-condition requirements as returns, including the permitted inspection and brief test and the exception for single-use products.
The customer must indicate in advance their wish for an exchange and the product with which they would like it to be made, and batterymarket.bg will confirm the possibility of exchange according to availability and conditions at the time.
