batterymarket.bg accepts product returns within the legal period of 14 days, without any justification required from the customer.
For the return to be accepted, the products must be returned unopened, without signs of use, and in good commercial condition, in the condition in which they were sent by batterymarket.bg.
For calculating the 14-day period, batterymarket.bg considers the difference between the following dates as decisive:
the date of receipt of the order, indicated on the delivery waybill, and the date the items are handed over to the courier, indicated on the return waybill.

Exchange
batterymarket.bg allows product exchanges when the returned item meets the conditions for accepting a return and the desired replacement is available at the time of processing.
In the case of an exchange request, the product must be returned unopened, without signs of use, and in the same commercial condition in which it was sent.
The customer must indicate in advance their wish for an exchange and the product with which they would like it to be made, and batterymarket.bg will confirm the possibility of exchange according to availability and conditions at the time.
